What are your delivery locations?
We deliver our products all across India. However, while placing the order, you can check the same by entering your location’s pin code.
What are your delivery timings and days?
We deliver packages between 09:00 -19:00 from Monday to Saturday. No deliveries shall be done on Sunday and on public holidays.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping all over India for all our products.
Can I change my delivery address?
While placing an order you can choose the desired address but once an order is placed or has left for the transit, you cannot change the delivery address. You need to cancel the order and re-order the product with the desired address. The payments, which have been made, shall be refunded to you as per the company’s terms and conditions.
Can someone else collect my package on my behalf?
You may inform us and assign a trusted person to collect your package on your behalf. However, in this case, you shall be liable for you’re the parcel and products within.
How do I get the transaction details once I have placed the order?
After your order has been placed successfully, you will receive the transaction and order details on your registered email ID.
What should I do, if I have any issues with my delivery?
You may contact us through email or call us on our customer care number for any queries or concerns related to your order or delivery.
Are in-transit products insured?
All the products in-transit is insured. If the product received is damaged, defective or tampered, you may contact the customer care immediately for further course of action.
Under what conditions, can I cancel my order?
A customer can request for order cancellation until a product has not left for delivery. During transit or when a product has left for delivery, a customer cannot cancel the placed order.
What should I do in case the delivery is delayed?
We try our best to deliver the products on time. However, in a rare case, if the problem persists, you can check for the updates over your phone or email. A new delivery schedule shall be shared with you on your registered email ID.
